This Shareable Guide Explains How to Prepare Allergy Friendly Food in Easy Steps
Sometimes other people will prepare food for you and they need to know about your food allergies and what they have to do to make food that's safe for you to eat. They may not be familiar with food allergies. Chances are they are not professional chefs; nor have they been trained in food safety.
Here's how you can help them help you.
The Allergy Force food allergy app offers a Food Preparation Explanation that is customized for your Allergy Profile. You can email this explanation to anyone who will be preparing food for you. You can print it to share, too.
Holiday gatherings and milestone celebrations are often situations where you're a guest and not in charge of food plans or much (if any) of the food preparation. Since these events are often food-centric, short of bringing all your own food, this explanation will help you educate your hosts on how to prepare food that's safe for you to eat.
You need to be a Premium subscriber to use this feature.
